Brand new to yoga, or taken a break? Feeling a bit unsure where to start?

This course is designed especially for you.

6-Week Beginners Yoga Course

Over 6 weeks, you’ll build confidence in the foundations of yoga, from alignment and mobility to breath and body awareness, all at a pace that feels supportive, not intimidating.

Small group, big impact:
Spaces are limited to keep the group size intimate, so you’ll get plenty of individual attention and the chance to build confidence within a welcoming, like-minded group.

Expect a relaxed, encouraging environment where:

  • You’re free to ask questions

  • You won’t be rushed through flows

  • You’ll actually learn how to move well, not just follow along

Whether you’re looking to improve flexibility, get stronger, or simply feel more at home in your body, this is a place to start gently and grow from there.

No pressure. Just progress.

FAQs

  • Sessions will be held at:

Rise Studio, 1 Edith Walk, Great Malvern

Starting date for the course is:

    Wednesday the 10th of September 2025 @ 6:30pm

The final session will be Wednesday the 15th of October

  • You don’t need to be flexible!
This course is all about helping you build mobility, starting from exactly where you are. You don’t need to touch your toes or know a single pose. The only requirement? You’ll need to be able to get down to the floor and back up again.

  • There are plenty of options and modifications offered throughout the course, so you can move in a way that works for your body. If you're working with a specific issue, you're very welcome to reach out beforehand — we can chat about whether it's a good fit and how to adapt things for you.

That said, if you’re dealing with an injury or medical condition, please check in with a healthcare professional before joining, just to make sure it’s the right time for you.

  • Bring a water bottle, wear comfy clothes you can move in, and feel free to bring your own yoga mat (though spare mats will be available if you need one).

You might also like to bring a small blanket for relaxation at the end — totally optional, but often appreciated!

  • Spaces are limited to 6–10 students to keep things personal and allow time for individual attention. This helps create a supportive, relaxed space where everyone can move at their own pace.

  • Totally normal, and I’ve been there too! This course is designed for beginners — you won’t be the only one new to this, and everything will be clearly explained.

The group is small and supportive, and there’s zero pressure to be “good” at anything. My teaching style is all about exploration over perfection — you’re welcome exactly as you are.
