Beginner’s & Improvers Yoga
Wednesdays | 18:00-19:00 | Rise Studio, Edith Walk, Great Malvern
After a fantastic beginner’s yoga course in September, we’re making Wednesdays a regular class for mixed abilities. Don’t worry if you missed out on the course, the class will move at a steady pace, focus on the foundations of yoga and be welcoming for complete beginners.
