Weekly classes
I believe in a varied movement diet; a mix of strength, mobility and rest. My weekly classes blend high-energy strength sessions with grounded and restorative work, to help balance your approach to wellbeing.
Join me for a class
If you’re a member at Malvern College Sports Complex, you’ll find me there on Monday mornings and I’m also available for personal training in the gym. For more information on personal training click here.
Most sessions run from Rise Studio, and these are open to members and non-members. If you’re already signed up as a member, you can book on through the Team Up app. If you’re not a member at Rise, contact me to join a class.

Beginner’s Yoga
Wednesdays | 18:00-19:00 | Rise Studio, Edith Walk
After a fantastic beginner’s yoga course in September, we’re making Wednesdays a regular class for beginners and improvers. Don’t worry if you missed out on the course, the class will move at a steady pace and focus on the foundations of yoga.
