Join me on Friday mornings for a slow-paced, explorative yoga class designed to help you feel more capable, connected and at ease in your body.
No fast flows, no pressure. Just time to connect with your body, move with curiosity, and soak up some fresh air.

£8 per session
Beginners welcome - just bring a mat or rug and a layer for savasana!

Options to suit your body (you’ll never be asked to force or rush anything)

Who It’s For
This class is for anyone looking for a kinder approach to strength and flexibility. You don’t need to be super bendy, just curious about moving well and feeling good in your body.

Payment can be made by bank transfer or cash on the day. Spaces are limited to keep the group small and connected.
